Sudhanshu Kumar is a seasoned legal professional holding a law degree and LL.M in Corporate law. He has a strong track record of representing clients across a diverse range of legal matters with extensive experience in matrimonial disputes, Negotiable Instruments cases, and civil suits. He brings an enthusiastic, strategic, client-focused approach to every case.

Litigation and Corporate Experience

Sudhanshu is the youngest member of the team, and he has been effectively handling Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), writ petitions, bail matters, and appellate proceedings, earning a reputation for thorough preparation, persuasive advocacy, and a results-driven approach. His ability to bring research-oriented approach to the issues of the Client’s, helps the Firm in catering to these issues in an effective manner with precise strategy.

Having an academic background in Corporate Law helps him render specific insights that meet the requirements and caters to the specific needs of the Firm’s Corporate Clients. He plays an important role by looking into the core aspects of corporate and business functioning and featuring in the Advisory rendered by the Firm whilst addressing the legal complexities of the Corporates and Business Houses.
